Our Mission
Senior Recognition/EYC Participation Sunday
Sunday, May 20th
Marking the winding down of the church Christian Formation year, this is always a bittersweet Sunday for your youth leaders - saying goodbye to some kids whom we've known since 6th grade, and watching them enter a new and exciting phase of their lives at the same time. Our seniors will be honored during the 9:45 service with a special prayer, and will be given a copy of Eugene Peterson's The Message Bible. Also on this Sunday we will recognize the EYCer with the best record of participation in Sunday night gatherings, service projects, and group outings since the fall of last year. Hope to see our seniors and all of our youth there!!

GRACEKIDS Day Trip:
Kentucky Down Under
Tuesday, May 22nd (Schools closed)
Have you ever met a kangaroo? Ever played a didgeridoo? Ever fed a rainbow (lorikeet)? You could travel 9,500 miles to Australia to do these things, or just come see us at Kentucky Down Under. Nestled away in south-central Kentucky sits a little piece of Australia. At Kentucky Down Under you'll discover a hands-on family fun adventure! We'll meet at the church at 7:30 and head out for a day of discovery. Your $30 fee covers entrance to the park, lunch, and a little to help defray the fuel costs. EYCers - I could used a couple of you to help watch the younger ones Your expenses will be on the house! First come-first served basis for the EYCers, so get your request to Stefan or Donna soon!

Our mission at Grace Episcopal is to mentor our teens and 'tweens in their spiritual development through creative religious education, community-building recreation, practical community service, and relational ministry. We pledge to do all within our power to support them in their life in Christ!
